Training Administration Staff

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare & support for all training programs

Requirements:

* Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable University Having a minimum of 1 years working experience in training administration
* Strong analytical skills, Service excellent, creative, have excellent interpersonal skill, good communication, detail oriented
* Skill Competency : MS. Office, presentation skill
* Language Competency : Bahasa Indonesia, English
* Familiar with pressure of high target environment

Training Specialist

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Handling training & development for Customer Care area
* Prepare & support for all training programs

Requirements:

* Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable University
* Having a minimum of 3 years working experience in training development with preferred exposures Telecommunication, retail or banking industries
* Strong analytical skills, Service excellent, creative, have excellent interpersonal skill, excellent communication and self presentation
* Language Competency : Bahasa Indonesia, English
* Familiar with pressure of high target environment

Training Manager

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Develop training modules & program for Customer Care Division
* Arrange training & implement training program base on Training need analysis and people development

Requirements:

* Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable University
* Having a minimum of 6 years working experience in training development with preferred exposures in walk in service in retail industries, Telecommunication or banking
* Strong analytical skills, Service excellent, creative, have excellent interpersonal skill,excellent communication and self presentation
* Language Competency : Bahasa Indonesia, English Familiar with pressure of high target environment
