General Purchase Manager
(Jawa Timur - SIDOARJO)

Responsibilities:

* Manage buying and acquisitions of inventory, supplies, equipment and services for all departments and divisions
* Manages a budget.
* Responsible for securing the best price for all purchases without jeopardizing quality.
* Generating and submitting purchase orders in accordance with the company policies and procedures
* Manage confirming actions of all orders and their subsequent delivery. This includes reconciling the shipments, manifests, short- and back-stocked orders and damaged items.
* Manage Vendor Analysis and maintain database of vendors and contacts within the industry.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Negotiation, Supply Chain Management, Perform Financial Analysis.
* Strong analytical thinking

Process Technologist
(Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Planning and carrying out trials (upscale trials) for transfer and new product projects following agreed procedures
* Keeping all trials documented, following systems in place and closing projects on their completion
* Liaising with necessary departments when starting new project
* Liaising with purchasing for assessing new raw material and to insure that current process follow company strategy
* Constant communication with commerce to ensure completion of projects and updates on progress of projects
* Constant communication with production to ensure feasibility of process parameters and updates on improvement program
* Contacting colleagues regularly from other development centers in the group (Meppel, Lipstadt, Egypt) to exchange knowledge and mutual technical support
* Using MS Office programs for communication, documentation and evaluation
* Use of IT-system for development activities such as planning and evaluating trials, monitoring projects and timescale and necessary project information
* Presenting regularly best developments to the department and division
* Working and behaving according to Corporate principles and standards and comply with all legal and H&S requirements

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Biology, Chemistry, BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Project Management, Spraydrying process, Production & Developement Process.
* Preferred skill(s): SAP, Communication, MS Office, Presentation
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent. Job role in Food Technologist/Scientist or Management.

2. Civil Engineer – (Code : CVD)

* Education : S1 in Civil Engineering

3. Piping Engineer – (Code : PID)

4. Instrument Engineer – (Code : INSD)

5. Electrical Engineer – (Code : ELD)

Requirements:

* Education : S1 in Electrical Engineering
* Having knowledge of Electrical Engineering software (ETAP, LUXICON, E-LOAD, etc.) and International code and standard (ISA, ANSI, NFPA, IEC, etc.) is preferable.

6. Mechanical Engineer – Static Equipment – (Code : MED-SE)

Requirements:

* Education : S1 in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience : Min 8 years in Eng. Work of Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Project
* Age : Max 40 years old
* Experience in preparing engineering drawing as well as prepare/reviewing shop drawing
* Familiar with International Codes and Standards related to Design of Static Equipment
* Familiar with calculation software for mechanical calculation of pressure vessel and heat exchanger
* Able to prepare project specs, requisition
* Ability in FEA is advantageous
* Has capability to analyze vendor quotation (technical & commercial)
* Experience in leading a work group or task force

7. Mechanical Engineer – Combustion Equipment- (Code : MED-CE)

Requirements:

* Education : S1 in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience : Min 3 years in Eng. Work of Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Project
* Age : Max 40 years old
* Familiar with International Codes and Standards related to Combustion Equipments
* Able and understand in steel structure design
* Able to operate 2D CAD
* Able to prepare project specs, requisition
* Has capability to analyze vendor quotation (technical & commercial)

8. Senior Rotary Engineer – (Code : RED-S)

Requirements:

* Education : S-1 Mechanical Engineering majoring in Energy conversion
* Experience : Minimum 7 years in engineering work of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, chemical as rotating Equipment engineer
* Age : Max 40 years old
* Specialized knowledge and experience of techniques /skills about rotating equipment
* Familiar with International codes and standards related to Rotating Equipment
* Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, prepare data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical clarification/evaluations of vendor proposal, engineering coordination between vendors and related interdisciplines, review and control of vendor’s deliverables.
* Experience in leading a work group or task force
* Responsible to fulfill the following project requirements by exercising expertise and coordinating with the various parties involved in the project :
o o Engineering quality
o o Vendor equipment design and manufacturing qualities
o o Overall project cost and schedule

9. Rotary Engineer – (Code : RED)

Requirements:

* Education : S-1 Mechanical Engineering majoring in Energy conversion
* Experience : In engineering work of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, chemical as rotating Equipment engineer minimum 3 years
* Age : Max 30 years old
* Specialized knowledge and experience of techniques /skills about rotating equipment
* Familiar with International codes and standards related to Rotating Equipment
* Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, prepare data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical clarification/evaluations of vendor proposal, engineering coordination between vendors and related interdisciplines, review and control of vendor’s deliverables.

10. Procurement Engineer – (Code : PCD)

Requirements:

* Education: S-1 degree
* Experience in the related Oil & Gas and Petrochemical area is a must.
* Able to prepare and establish Procurement Plan and Strategy including Overseas /Offshore
* Able to handle Multi Project
* Able to handle future EPC job and present work for proposal work
* Has good leadership to manage his members

11. Senior Cost Estimator Engineer – (Code : SCED)

 
An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of overseas estimating experience with project, 5 years of which must be in estimating for petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects. Estimator qualified to understand fully comply with:

Requirements:

* Understand on Construction Industry Institute (CII) definition
* Able to define project scope, including description of interfaces with existing. Facilities, consistent with the requirements for the relevant Class of Estimate.
* Able to define the cost estimating methods to be used
* Able to prepare the basic cost estimate
* Able to handling of escalation, taxes, duties, and local fees
* Able to handling of contingency and technique for assessing

12. Planning and Schedule Engineer – (Code : PSED)


An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of overseas scheduling experience with project, 5 years of which must be in scheduling for oil and gas handling projects. Scheduler qualified to understand and fully comply with:

Requirements:

* Plan and establish of the EPC schedule at the FEED stage.
* Able to define milestone and schedule basis.
* Able to operate Primavera Software/P3.

13. Project Engineer– (Code : PJD)

Requirements:

* An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of project engineer experience with project, with 5 years of which must be in project engineer for oil and gas or petrochemical. Preferable experiences in Engineering Package and FEED work Project engineer qualified to understand and fully comply with
* Preferable for chemical engineer background
* Understand on Project Management definition & work flow
* Able to establish of the EPC work
* Familiar in multi Discipline Engineering Product
* Able to coordinate multi discipline work
* Understand on contract review

GENERAL QUALIFICATION :

* Education: S-1 degree from related disciplines
* Strong interpersonal skills and organizational experience
* Preferable Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university with GPA of more than 3.0
* Male / Female max 35 years
* A HR generalist with minimum 5 years in function of HR management from reputable company
* Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Man Power Regulation, Organizational Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
* Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes
* Good analytical,conceptual, and administrative skills
* Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATION (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
 

RECRUITMENT ( CODE : HR – 01 )

* Assist to make sure recruitment service level can support business (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement)
* Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
* Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system
* Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select and evaluate applicants

TRAINING ( CODE : HR – 02 )

* Analyze training needs to design employee development
* Design & develop training & development programs based on both the organizations’ and individual needs
* Design and implement company wide-processes to identify ‘high potential’ individuals and ensure their effective development to drive business performance and grow capability
* Develop, organize, monitor and evaluate the project of management development program
* Control career management and succession planning program
* Set up the costs of planned programs and keeping with yearly budgets
* Master identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL ( CODE : HR – 03 )

* Analyze performance measurement tools and contribute to the definition of performance indicators and measurement criteria for the various departments and divisions in the company
* Monitor and analyze performance reviews and results and make recommendations on how they align with job objectives and how the results align to overall company performance.
* Analyze performance results with respect to succession planning, career growth, training needs and organization development and make appropriate recommendations to the HR Manager and respective line managers
* Understand PA Methods, like MBO, 360 – degree Appraisal
