URGENTLY REQUIRED!

1. Sales Force Effectiveness Officer

Requirements and Abilities:

* Male or Female ( preferably )
* Single, maximum age 28 years old
* Graduate from reputable university of any discipline
* Minimum 2 years professional sales experience and 1 year at supervisor level.
* Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not necessary
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets
* Performance management experience – coaching, mentoring/ counseling, motivating, disciplining, delegating, etc
* Ability to present to high level executives
* Fluent English is essential, ability to speak at least one other Asian language is desirable
* Sales Force Effectiveness Management skill is required ( Segmentation & Targeting, Resources Allocation, Customer Information Management, Territory Management, Effective compensation & remuneration, SFE tools ( CRM, Dashboard, Sales Technology, E-business, Mobile office, etc.)
* Smart, analytical, straight forward, discipline
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer literacy, proficient in the use of office applications

2. Trading Executive

Requirements and Abilities:

* Male, Age max. 35 years old
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Required skill(s): Have an advance understanding on international trading transaction (negotiation, contracting, reporting).
* Active English is a must (oral & written)
* Willing to work hard and self initiative
* Able to work independently and also in a team
* Can work under pressures

o 5. Has experience in design, installation, pre-com/commissioning and start-up electrical equipment for power plant.
