Requirements

• Min. D3 in any discipline
• Excellent English
• Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and posses good communication skills.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage

Sales Planning and Performance Specialist – Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to Process & analyze Sales Performance Reports, Analyze data and plan for country Sales Plan, Learn and be proficient in SP&P Tool, Communicate SP&P annual plan and policies to sales force, Handle the TEAMS and Sales Funnel for the Sales Force, Assist BDM in other sales administrative work and Other adhoc duties from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 graduate from any discipline
• Having 1 year experience in sales planning is preferable
• Good analytical skills with an aptitude for numbers
• Well versed in MS Office applications especially in Access, PowerPoint & Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Preferably having experience in BD/Marketing Departement
• Familiar with sales planning and sales calculation

Responsibilities:

• Instrument & Control Engineer in the EPC industry supporting oil, gas and petrochemical processing facilities.
• Responsible for preparing specifications, data sheets, RFQs, technical bid summaries, purchase orders. Responsible for reviewing construction drawings such as location drawing, wiring layouts, hook-up, connection, typical installation details, loop diagram, logic diagram, etc.
• Responsible for the review of vendor drawings and data. Must be able to communicate detailed design issues effectively with suppliers, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
• May also participate in the development of P&ID's, equipment specifications, process logic diagrams and shutdown keys.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Chemical, Inst & Control, or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated performance as Job Engineer for small to medium sized EPC projects is required.
• Read, write and speak English
• Experience in Overseas Project is preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable design standards covering Instrument & Control Design/Engineering and applicable accessories such as API, FCI, IEC, IEEE, ISA, ISO, NACE, NFPA, Etc.
• Knowledge of automation and control systems (DCS, PLC, ESD..) is preperrable
• Fluent operation of INtools software for instrument calculation, Instrument index, data sheet generation.
• Fluent operation of Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
