11. Senior Cost Estimator Engineer – (Code : SCED)
An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of overseas estimating experience with project, 5 years of which must be in estimating for petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects. Estimator qualified to understand fully comply with:
Requirements:
* Understand on Construction Industry Institute (CII) definition
* Able to define project scope, including description of interfaces with existing. Facilities, consistent with the requirements for the relevant Class of Estimate.
* Able to define the cost estimating methods to be used
* Able to prepare the basic cost estimate
* Able to handling of escalation, taxes, duties, and local fees
* Able to handling of contingency and technique for assessing
12. Planning and Schedule Engineer – (Code : PSED)
An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of overseas scheduling experience with project, 5 years of which must be in scheduling for oil and gas handling projects. Scheduler qualified to understand and fully comply with:
Requirements:
* Plan and establish of the EPC schedule at the FEED stage.
* Able to define milestone and schedule basis.
* Able to operate Primavera Software/P3.
13. Project Engineer– (Code : PJD)
Requirements:
* An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of project engineer experience with project, with 5 years of which must be in project engineer for oil and gas or petrochemical. Preferable experiences in Engineering Package and FEED work Project engineer qualified to understand and fully comply with

PEMBUATAN LARU ATAU RAGI TEMPE

Ragi tempe merupakan bibit yang dipergunakan untuk pembuatan tempe. Oleh karena itu sering pula disebut sebagai starter tempe. Ragi tempe mengandung jamur Rhizopus sp. yang dikenal pula sebagai jamur tempe. Secara tradisional, jamur untuk starter pembuatan tempe biasanya diambil dari daun pisang bekas pembungkus tempe pada waktu pembuatan, atau daun aru atau jati yang dikenal dengan sebutan “usar”. Namun demikian, penggunaan daun pisang atau usar ini sangat terbatas dan hanya untuk produksi kecil-kecilan. Untuk produksi yang lebih besar, starter tempe dibuat dengan memperbanyak jamur tempe (Rhizopus sp.) pada media tertentu. Selanjutnya, spora yang dihasilkannya diawetkan dalam keadaam kering bersama medium tempat tumbuh jamur tempe tersebut. Dengan teknik seperti ini kualitas tempe yang diproduksi akan terjamin, karena dosis penggunaan starter dapat diatur.
ALAT
1. Kukusan atau langseng
2. Tampah bambu
3. Pengaduk kayu
4. Lembara plastik atau daun pisang
5. Alat penumbuk atau gilingan
6. Ayakan tepung
7. Wajan untuk menggoreng beras
8. Kantong plastik
BAHAN
1. Beras sebanyak 300 gram
2. Tepung tempe 3 gram atau sebanyak 1% dari jumlah beras yang digunakan
3. Tepung beras yang telah digoreng sangrai ( setiap 10 gram starter tempe/ragi tambahkan 50-100 gram tepung beras).
CARA KERJA
1. Beras dicuci sampai bersih, kemudian ditanak hingga menjadi nasi dan didinginkan.
2. Pada nasi tersebut kemudian ditaburkan tepung tempe sebanyak 1% dari berat beras yang digunakan dan diaduk sampai merata.
3. Simpan nasi yang telah ditaburi bubuk tempe di atas tampah bambu yang bersih dan diatasnya ditutupi dengan lembaran plastik atau daun pisang.
4. Simpanlah tampah yang berisi nasi tadi di tempat pemeraman yang bersih hingga seluruh nasi ditumbuhi dengan jamur tempe. Jamur tempe yang telah menghasilkan spora akan tampak berwarna hitam. Tutup plastik atau daun pisang seaktu-waktu harus dibuka!
5. Jemurlah nasi yang telah ditumbuhi jamur tadi di bawah terik matahari hingga kering merata.
6. Tumbuk atau giling nasi yang telah kering sampai halus dan selanjutnya diayak. Bagian yang halus dari hasil saringan ini merupakan starter tempe.
7. Encerkan starter tempe ini dengan tepung beras yang telah digoreng sangrai. Untuk setiap 10 gram starter tempe/ragi tambahkan 50-100 gram tepung beras.
8. Simpanlah starter yang telah diencerkan dalam kantong-kantong plastik.
Catatan:
Tutup plastik atau daun pisang sewaktu-waktu perlu dibuka untuk pertukaran udara dan untuk menguapkan air (embun) yang menempel pada plastik atau daun pisang agar tidak menetes lagi pada bahan. Kadar air yang tinggi akan mempercepat pembusukan. Supaya pertukaran udara baik, tutup plastik atau daun pisang diberi lubang-lubang atau bisa diganti dengan tutup yang baru.

Mencoba Cara Membuat Tofu/Tahu Sendiri
BAHAN :
Kacang kedelai (sesuai kebutuhan saja) misalnya 5 kg kedelai
Vinegar (cuka) warna putih / 1 gram batu tahu (Kalsium Sulfat atau CaSO4) / 3 ml asam cuka
Kain Belacu (kain bekas karung tepung)
air secukupnya
Alat-alat bantu yang bisa juga digunakan:
Ember besar
Tampah (nyiru)
Kain Saring atau kain blancu
Kain pengaduk
Cetakan
Keranjang
Rak bambu
Tungku atau kompor
Alat penghancur (alu)
Langkah Membuat:
Bersihkan kedelai, buang yg sudah layu/kisut atau tdk bagus lagi, kalau bisa pilihlah yg bijinya besar.
Cuci bersih kedelai lalu rendam dalam air banyak (sampai kedelai tenggelam) selama kurleb 8 jam (paling sedikit 3 liter air untuk 1 kg kedelai). Kedelai akan mengembang jika direndam.
Cuci berkali-kali kedelai yang telah direndam selama kurleb setengah jam. Apabila kurang bersih maka tahu yang dihasilkan akan cepat menjadi asam.
Tumbuk kedelai dan tambahkan air hangat sedikit demi sedikit hingga berbentuk bubur atau bagi-bagi kedelai (jika menggunakan blender sesuai dgn kapasitas blender or juicer) dan letakkan didalam wadah bamboo atau plastic. Kedelai ditumbuk/digiling sampai halus (boleh menggunakan blender biasa) tapi kalau ada juicer lbh baik lagi kedelai digiling halus dan air ditampung. Kalau memakai blender biasa, setelah diblender bisa langsung direbus tanpa perlu memisahkan air dan ampas.
Masak bubur kedelai, jangan sampai mengental pada suhu 70 ~ 80C (ditandai dengan adanya gelembung-gelembung kecil) atau ampas kedelai langsung direbus selama 15-20 menit dalam wajan yg cukup besar. Jgn terlalu lama membiarkan ampas tahu, begitu penggilingan selesai segera rebus ampas tahu untuk mendapatkan hasil tahu yg bagus (tdk keras).
Saring bubur kedelai dan endapkan airnya dengan menggunakan batu tahu sebanyak 1 gram atau 3 ml asam cuka untuk 1 liter sari kedelai, sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan-lahan atau...
Adonan ampas kedelai yg sudah direbus tadi langsung dituang kedalam kain belacu (yg sudah disiapkan sebelumnya diatas wadah besar dari clay atau plastic dan diikat kuat agar saat menuang adonan rebusan kain tdk jatuh kedalam wadah dan kain juga harus kuat menahan berat adonan). Atau boleh juga kain belacu tsb di-paste-kan kedalam saringan bamboo. Aduk2/goyang2 adonan terus menerus hingga sari kedelai jatuh ke bawah dan adonan tadi cukup kering. Lalu peras ampas kedelai dgn menggunakan air panas, lakukan berulang ulang hingga tidak ada sari lagi yg tersisa diampas kedelai.
Air saringan yg tertampung (biasanya warna kuning atau putih) lalu dicampur dgn asam cuka agar menggumpal, aduk sampai rata (asam cuka bisa digantikan dgn air kelapa atau sulfat kapur). Air asam dipisahkan dari gumpalan2.
Gumpalan2 tahu yg mulai mengendap dituangkan dalam kotak berukuran 30x20 cm2 dan dialasi kain belacu. Adonan tahu kotak dikempa selama bbrp saat agar air yg masih tercampur dalam adonan tadi habis. Bila adonan itu sudah padat (yg disebut tahu), sudah dpt dipotong2 dan simpan dikulkas, dan siap diolah setiap saat.
