Building Maintenance Staff
(Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
* Building Maintenance Staff coordinate and manage who repair and maintain buildings and facilities. They prepare work schedules, assign work, and inspect work performed. They scheduling, and job performance evaluations for maintenance. They provide technical knowledge and skills for maintenance projects and assist when needed. They also answer questions and provide information related to projects, including resolving complaints and approving expenditures.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Job role in Building/Facilities Maintenance or Management.
* Supervising the by determining workloads and schedules
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures
* Evaluating staff and making hiring or termination recommendations
* Negotiating contracts and inspecting a contractor’s work to ensure that safe work practices and operating procedures have been followed
* Performing a variety of field maintenance tasks, depending on experience and level of certification
