Office Support Staff
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Handling Business Trip for BOD and Staff
* Expatriate matters and documents
* Banquet arrangement, such as meeting schedules (internal), event organizer etc
* Payment
* Golf Arrangement
* Apartment for expats and hotel for guests
* Correspondences and faces: issue, check, sort and rename
* Document keeping
* Government Relations

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Law or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or Inventory Control.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
