Management Trainees
* J&J Management Trainee Program is an 18-month on-the-job program in specific area of Marketing, Supply Chain or Sales. You will have the privilege of being mentored by senior J&J leaders and the opportunity to contribute in achieving business goals.

General Requirements
* Bachelor and Master Degree in Business/Management, Finance, Engineering, Math and Statistics Minimum GPA of 3.0 (B) in the scale of 4
* Master Graduates in Business/Management, Finance, Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.5 in the scale of 5
* Majoring in Engineering is a must for MT Supply Chain applicant
* 1–2 years working experience will be an advantage
* Fluent in English, verbal and written
* Willing to be posted NATIONWIDE where J&J operates
