Matsushita Gobel Institute (MGI), an Center of Excellence in Manufacturing Training & Consulting, is urgently seeking qualified and energic candidates to fulfill position in a well-known Japanese Manufacturing located in Singapore.
The qualification, to join us in a competitive environment for the following position:
Electronic Design (Jakarta Raya - To be placed in Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* To provide direction and recommended solution related to technical issue during development stage to make good quality product
* To conduct design and product performance review to ensures accurate results and meet design standard specification
* To design audio product by selecting suitable parts & solutions based on company design standards
* To design product that is reliable & safe for customer usage
* To evaluate the new product & new tries scientifically to achieve good quality & reliability
* To revise or introduce new evaluation method, job procedure to improve the quality, accuracy of design & work efficiency
* To train new Engineers or asst Engineers
Requirements:
* Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with at lease 5 years of design experience
* At lease 3 years experience in project management
* Strong knowledge in Audio & Video processing technology is required
* EMC and Safety compliance testing and evaluation know-how
* Able to travel & make decision independently in short notice
* Good communication skill in English
* Familiar with MS Office (Word, excel, Power Point)
* Self-Motivated, analytical skill, and able to cooperate effectively
Firmware Engineer (Jakarta Raya - To be place in Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Study the new solution and design the embedded software architecture for the audio and home theater system.
* Lead the software team to develop the firmware of Mini/Micro Audio system and home theater system
* Manage software project to keep development schedule and quality
* Understanding and creation of the requirements specification for new products or features
* Will be involved in key software module design and development, review and assess the software deliverables
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
* Proficient in programming in C or Assembler
* Minimum 6 years experience of firmware developing in RTOS (Real Time Operation System) environment
* Experience in leading medium scale software development project through a full software development life cycle
* Good project management skill and great leadership
* Creative problem solver
* Able to work in a self motivated way as well as in a team
* Proactive and persistent nanture demonstrated by an inquisitive approach
* Fast leaner
* Good verbal and written communication skill
