LEGAL COORDINATOR (Code: LC)
Key Accountabilities:
* Handle and control company contracts/agreements and legal documents.
* Advising the management on legal issues.
* Working together with lawyer and represent the company on any litigation
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in law
* 5 years experience in corporate legal field (in company legal department or law firm)
* Sound understanding of labor, contract, commercial and corporate laws
* Independent, hard worker, good problem solving and communication skills
* Experience in dealing with lawyer, court and related government institution
* Fluent in English speaking & writing
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (Code: HRO)
Key Accountabilities:
* Conduct the recruitment process and administer the documentation
* Sourcing the candidate and liaise with other party (school, agency etc.)
* Arranging and monitoring training program
* Make a recruitment monthly report
Requirements:
* Preferably bachelor degree in psychology
* 2 years experience in the same position or recruitment/training position (preferably from consumer goods industry).
* Knowledgeable about psychological test and administration
* Independent, hard worker, good problem solving and communication skills
* Fluent in English speaking & writing
* Hands on with common computer application
