Contract Management Controller – Tuban Project

(Jawa Timur - Tuban)

Responsibilities:

* Scope of works:
o Manually process and check all accounts payable transactions in an effective manner in line with Tuban project policy and procedure.
o Create cost controlling system for the whole project based on MS Excel and maintain the system until the end of the project under ICP and WBS.
o Integrated all project costs into asset and relevant expenses toward the end of the project

Requirements:

* Education :
o An MBA from reputable universities and preferably a CPA or CMA
* Experience :
o Minimum 10 years supervisory experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice.
o Knowledge in Generally Accepted accounting Principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations.
o Manage at least five accountants previously
* Computer literacy:
o Must be PC proficient and strong experience with MS Word, Excel and PPS, as well as SAP
* Language:
o Verbal and written communications (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
* Other qualification / skills :

o Good analytical and organizational skills
o Accounting, finance, tax, and computer skills
o Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
o Knowledge of SAP and IT based accounting system and applications
o Good leadership skills with the ability to interact with all levels
