Recruitment Staff

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Function: To handle end to end recruitment and selection process
* Key Job Accountabilities:
o Coordinate major recruitment events such as Talent Fair and Campus Activities
o Build network and source the best candidates via Job posting, referral, social media, agencies & network
o Interview, finalize and select the best candidates for the vacant position
o Liaise and coordinate with Hiring Managers
o Manage monthly recruitment report & candidates database
o Responsible to provide proper orientation for new hires

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree, any field, preferably from Psychology
* Having minimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment or HR Staff
* Good in English, Computer literate
* Familiar with Interview techniques
* Proactive, strong communication skill, dynamic and flexible
