PPC Engineer (Position Code: PPCE_IM)
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree S-1 in Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 2 years related experienced in Planner Engineer
* Be able to prepare and provide relevant project documents, instruction and procedures, work planning, budgeting, and reporting working progress,
* Strong analytical thinking in engineering improvement, negotiation and management competency
* Good spoken and written communication in English
* Willing to be placed at Surabaya and extensive travel required including remote plant locations
Expeditor (Position Code: EXP_IM)
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or Business Administration discipline or practical experience sufficiently applicable to the specified position function,
* with 3 years experience in the same field
* Strong data management capabilities reinforced with PC application and ERP database skills
* Effective negotiation and strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interface and coordinate with other discipline in a matrix environment.
* Good spoken and written communication in English
* Willing to be placed at Surabaya and extensive travel required including remote plant locations
Logistic Officer (Position Code: LO_IM)
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering with 3 years experience in the same field.
* Strong knowledge in boiler component; pressure parts; steam generator and steel structure.
* Has capability to review the products in order to be able to determine the correct transportation requirements including packaging, labeling, and supporting documentation to ensure that shipments are consistent with contractual requirements, external regulations, and internal procedures
* Has capability to coordinate with related parties, sub contractors/suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring that schedule and delivery promises are maintained timely manner and proper handling.
* Has a Planning & Organizing capabilities, strong in Leadership, team worker and possess strong analytical mind
* Good spoken and written communication in English
* Willing to be placed at Surabaya and extensive travel required including remote plant locations
Site Supervisor (Position Code: SS_IM)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Marine Engineering or an associated degree in Engineering
* Coordinate and manage all site activities and issues of site staff, sub contractors, trades and suppliers etc and make report to Project Superintendent
* Communicate to all site staff, sub contractors, trades and suppliers site activities and ensure timely response to program requirements ,
* Has an experiences in Boiler, Power Piping, Steel Structure, or Pressure Vessel and Turbine Erection
* Has a Planning & Organizing capabilities, strong in Leadership, team worker and possess strong analytical mind
* Good spoken and written communication in English
* Willing to be placed at Surabaya and extensive travel required including remote plant locations
HR Officer (Position Code: HRO_IM)
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree from Management / Law / Psychology Major with minimum 3 years Experience in similar position
* Preference for those with has an experience in HR Project Area.
* Max. 35 years old
* Has general understanding, knowledge and experience in HR field such as recruitment & training procedure; compensation and personnel data management .
* Strong knowledge and experience in industrial relation matter as well the application of Manpower Regulation is more preferable.
* Has experience in developing HR Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) to be inline with Company Standard System (ISO).
* Good spoken and written communication in English
* Familiar with computer literacy.
* Willing to be stationed in one of company’s based office in either Surabaya or Project Area
Project Superintendent (Postion Code: PS_IM)
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree (S-1) in Engineering, preference in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
* Has a strong experience in Power Plant, Oil & gas, or palm oil project and at least 5 years progressive experience in EPC Companies
* Considerable knowledge of high pressure boiler and/or turbine operations, water treatment and auxiliary equipment associated with power plant operations
* Working knowledge of power plant maintenance principles and practices including budgeting, procurement and energy and safety management.
* Has a Planning & Organizing capabilities, strong in Leadership skill, and team worker
* Proficiency in English both Oral and written
* Willing to be placed at Surabaya and extensive travel required including remote plant locations
