Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Focused o­n customer needs as well as o­n the development organization’s ability to fill those needs with a software solution
* Defines and tests business rules and policies
* Create business use cases and models using Oracle BPA
* Review simulations of process design to discover potential bottlenecks
* Business process enhancements and documentation

Requirements:

* Having experience in core banking application impelementation
* Having experience in handling financing/joint financing in either MF, bank or IT company min 4 years
* Having experience in Project Management min 2 years
* Having ability to create business use cases and models it using Oracle BPA as an advantage
* Having knowledge about IT literate

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

* Project Manager for Core Banking Project
* Manage project, arrange project plan and project budget
* Coordinate and delegating job to team member

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from reputable university , majoring IT is an advantage
* Have experience at least 35 years as PM
* Experience in software development project
* Keep up to date with latest technology such as Web Services, SaS implemented in Java or .NET
* PM Certification is an advantage
* Having good knowledge and experience in Banking Business / Multifinace Process
* Fast learner and fluent in English
* Willing to travel and work overtime, able to work in team and under pressure
* Experience in managing team & preparing for train / education plan
* Must be willing to work in Tangerang.

RPG PROGRAMMER TRAINEE (code : RPG Trainee)

Responsibilities:

* RPG is a popular programming language of the IBM Power i platform used in Banking and Oil Company.
* You will be trained in our training center and you will gain deep understanding and practical experience o­n developing applications using RPG.
* After passing our training program, you will work in Sigma as a contract employee for at least 2 years.

Requirements:

* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* At least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
* Good knowledge of SQL , Query and database.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Self motivated, independent, team player and quick learner.
* Good command in English.
* Must be willing to be trained and work in Bumi Serpong Damai.
* 10 FullTime position available.

JAVA POGRAMMER TRAINEE (code : JPT)

* You will be experiencing 2 months inclass training in our training center located in Balicamp, Bali or BSD (Bumi Serpong Damai)
* Under the guidance of our professional trainers and through a comprehensive training program, the following advantages will be in your hand:

* Good knowledge of AS 400 programming language such as RPG III and RPG IV (ILE)
* Good knowledge of DB 400, SQL and Query
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
* Willing to be placed in Bumi Serpong Damai.
* 5 FullTime positions available.
